These tests were conducted on various mechanical mods to determine actual voltage loss,  and firing consistency under high current loads.

Using a mech mod with a battery introduces it's internal resistance and inability to record consistent results.  A rig was constructed to place the mod in series within a simple series load circuit with a regulated linear power supply as the power source.  A 0-1 volt meter was placed across the two points of the circuit where the mod is introduced.  A 510 connector/harness connects the mod to the circuit and it's voltage loss is subtracted from the total value.
